This package is ideal for those who want more time together before and after birth. You’ll have consistent guidance from pregnancy through the early newborn weeks.

Includes:

  • 2 prenatal visits (90 minutes each) to plan your birth preferences, practice comfort techniques, and cover postpartum expectations.

  • On-call from 37 weeks until birth — you’ll have priority access to me day or night when labor begins.

  • Continuous birth support at home and hospital or birth center.

  • 2 postpartum home visits (2 hours each) for emotional, physical, and breastfeeding support.

  • 2 in-person lactation consultations — one initial (up to 2 hours) and one follow-up (1–1.5 hours).

  • Ongoing phone, text, and email support through 4 weeks postpartum.
